These terms apply to YouYue Technology desktop software, related services, and this website. By downloading, installing, or using the software, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use it.
Account and sign-in
Paid software currently uses Google sign-in. Keep your account secure and do not impersonate others or obtain or share entitlements improperly. Trial eligibility and subscription entitlements are determined by the Google account recorded by our systems.
Software license
Subject to these terms and the applicable plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the software normally. The software, marks, content, and related intellectual property remain ours or their respective owners'. Except where law permits, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, resell, or distribute them without permission.
Features and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, compatibility, or service quality. We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every computer environment. Check system requirements and back up important data before use.

For usage, entitlement, or payment questions, use the contact form on the About page. We will respond within a reasonable period. Support does not guarantee a particular outcome or recovery of data.
Changes
We may update these terms for product or legal reasons. The current version will be published here with an updated date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
