Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Product and pricing
This policy currently applies to YY-MultiUSB. Pro subscriptions are US$8.50 per month or US$85 per year. The currency, tax, and final amount shown on the in-app payment confirmation page control. Card charges can vary because of exchange rates, taxes, or the payment provider.
Free trial
Each Google account receives one seven-calendar-day full-feature trial. At the end of the trial, the app returns to its free version. You will not be charged merely because the trial ends; a subscription begins only after you actively confirm it in the app.
Subscription and renewal
A subscription starts only after you actively confirm it in the app using your Google account. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the start of each billing period. The payment confirmation page will show the applicable price, billing period, and renewal details before payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the subscription-management entry in the app or the payment provider's subscription portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not immediately end paid Pro access. You retain access through the current paid period and then return to the free version.
Refunds
Because we provide a full-feature seven-day trial and continued access through the end of the paid period after cancellation, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once they begin, including unused time in the current paid period. Contact us promptly for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, technical or payment-provider errors, or cases where a refund is required by law.
Status and contact
Trial eligibility and subscription status are determined by the Google account recorded by our systems. If your status looks incorrect, contact us through the About-page form with order details, but never send full card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
